Chad has served as general counsel of Access Healthcare since 2023. He oversees all legal, government affairs, and compliance matters in this role. He also provides strategic guidance on business initiatives and M&A.
Prior to joining Access Healthcare, he served as executive vice president and general counsel of Enhabit, Inc., the fourth largest home health and hospice provider, from 2019 to 2022, including successfully leading the company spin-off to become an independent, publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. Prior to that, he served as general counsel of ZoomCare and in progressive leadership positions for the healthcare system PeaceHealth, from 2014 to 2019, including chief compliance officer, chief audit executive, and assistant general counsel. Prior to that, he was in private practice in Dallas, Texas.
Chad holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Seattle Pacific University and a law degree from the University of Washington School of Law.
