As Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Access Healthcare, Jacob plays an integral role in leading the organization's journey to become an Employer of Choice. As a leadership team member, he drives initiatives focused on employee hiring and development, embedding performance culture as a way of life, transforming employee relations into a proactive employee-centric function, and building structures required for supporting growth.

With more than 16 years of HR experience, Jacob has contributed to people management in business roles, including employee relations, organization capability building, performance management, and managing the HR function for large P&L and geographies. He brings demonstrated capabilities in the HR process re-engineering.

Before Access Healthcare, Jacob served as the Group Manager and Location HR Head for Bengaluru and Chennai at Concentrix. Earlier, Jacob led the business HR function for Finance and Accounting and After-Market Services domain across five cities in India in the Manufacturing vertical at Genpact. During his 10-year tenure at Genpact, he helped build an ecosystem that reflected their brand as an employer of choice. He has also worked with Hewlett-Packard and GE to build a robust HR ecosystem.

Jacob earned an executive human resource management diploma from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a bachelor's degree in political science from Madras University.
