We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer specializing in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute their roles efficiently and effectively within these domains.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop, and implement training programs for R2R, P2P, and O2C processes based on organizational requirements and industry best practices
Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules, to support various learning styles and preferences
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hires, existing staff, and leadership teams
Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to maximize learning outcomes, such as classroom training, workshops, simulations, and virtual sessions
Provide guidance and support to employees on process-related queries, issues, and challenges
Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics to continuously improve training programs and methodologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training needs, adjusting content and delivery
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback for compliance and reporting purposes
Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization within R2R, P2P, and O2C functions
Contribute to the development of new training initiatives, tools, and resources to enhance employee development and organizational efficiency
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Excellent presentation, communication and facilitation skills
Ability to effectively engage diverse audiences and foster a collaborative learning environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Proficient in using MS Office Applications, learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with any professional F&A certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, CMA) is preferred
Proven experience of 10 to 12 years working in specializing in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes within a corporate environment, with a deep understanding of end-to-end process flows and best practices
5 to 8 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a multinational or shared services setting
