Job Location: Chennai, India
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Discuss with the business heads, managers and team leads pertaining to the productivity of employees and retention strategies
Manage headcount of employees for multiple locations
Conduct skip level meetings with our employees
Address employee grievance and queries, convey resolution status to the employees
Coordinate induction and new line orientation
Be an escalation path for unresolved employee relation issues
Maintain attendance and leave management system
Organize events for recognizing employees, team building games and celebrating important days
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills
People management skills
Knowledgeable in using MS office applications
Ready to work in US Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST)
QUALIFICATIONS
Any graduate with minimum 1 year of work experience in HR domain
