JOB LOCATION: CHENNAI, INDIA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and share the training plan with stakeholders
Deliver client specific training modules to new hires
Meet training TAT for each training program
Maintain the training records, trainees attendance & feedback score for all trainings conducted
Collect feedback from trainees to improve the quality of training
Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback
Monitor new joiner’s performance for the first 60 days and clarify process related queries
Prepare the training plans, training content and assessments for refresher training
Recommend changes in the training plan and training method
Manage LMS platform and schedule assessments
Update training related SOP and PWI when required
Liaise with managers to determine training needs
Design effective training content and prepare educational material such as module summaries
Support and mentor new employees
Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Monitor employee performance and response to each training
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge on Payer workflows such as Enrollment, Claims Adjudication, Appeals and Grievances, Payment Integrity & Authorization
Expertise on Payer terminologies (related to Medicare Advantage programs) and concepts like Credentialing, Authorization, Out of network and In Network concepts & Subrogation
Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
Passionate to learn new processes
Willing to work night shifts at office
QUALIFICATIONS
5 to 10 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM process specializing in payer domain
3 to 5 years experience in training new hires and existing employees
End to End domain knowledge on US Healthcare and Payer Services Life Cycle
