JOB LOCATION: CHENNAI, INDIA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the delivery of client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, ensuring timely updates
Oversee operations through meticulous end-to-end planning, process document review, and root cause analysis
Assist in the training of new team members
Achieve and maintain targets for attrition and shrinkage
Conduct regular reviews of overall staff performance
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and effectively handle client calls
Prepare and maintain management and operational reports
Maintain and monitor process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboard metrics
Job requirements:
Excellent people and communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum eight years of work experience
Medical coding certification from AAPC or AHIMA is mandatory
Experienced in any of these specialities
E/M Coding
Denial Coding
Surgery Coding
